                                       AWANA CLUBS AT LONE JACK BAPTIST CHURCH

 

 

     Volunteer Directors & Leaders minister to children 2 years prior to

kindergarten thru the 6^th grade; teaching Bible lessons through games,

handbooks and council time.  Many of our volunteers are school teachers,

all of them have been approved by our Pastor & Elders by passing our

church’s child-worker protection policy.  All Directors & Leaders serve in

the spirit of love, for Our Lord Jesus & our children.

 

    AWANA is an international, nondenominational, Bible-centered children’s

program.  The clubs have been active at LJBC for over 20 years.  Our club

is very active in mission programs.

 

    We meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm throughout

the school year.  We welcome parents and children to visit us anytime.

 

    Our church also offers a modified AWANA program on Sundays during our

 worship service. The Bible Buddies club is for children 3 years old thru

Kindergarten, and offers an introductory “CUBBIES” program as well as a

 review for clubbers in their first year of “SPARKS”.
